The Samford and Districts Rugby League Club is located at Alan Cash oval in the heart of the picturesque Samford Village, 20km from the Brisbane CBD.  Samford prides itself on a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere, and actively promotes and adheres to the Codes of Conduct laid down by the Queensland Rugby League for players, parents and

supporters. 

With over 200 junior players in teams from Under 7 through to Under 15, and a well supported senior team competing in the Brisbane Rugby League Second Division, the Stags is a vibrant , growing club and a key part of the Samford community.

Samford is one of several Brisbane clubs whose juniors are part of the Norths Devils Development Program. The Norths program provides a path through to senior football for our talented juniors, via the Norths Colts and senior teams in the FOGS Cup, Queensland Cup, and into the Brisbane Broncos NRL club.
