Junior League for Players Aged 5-12
Teams in Under 6 - Under 12 play under modified rules per age group. Under 13's and up play international rules of the game.
Teams from Under 6 to Under 12 do not play for competition points. The aim of these age groups is to make sure all players have fun, make new friends and learn the basics of the game.

Registration for Stags Junior League 2025 season is now open!
Samford Stags is celebrating its 55th Birthday in 2025, with that celebration each participant will receive a Free pair of game day shorts and playing socks included in their registration fees.
Don't forget your FairPlay vouchersTo assist with the costs of keeping children active in sport, the Queensland Government offers the Fairplay Grant, supporting families with vouchers up to $200 for children aged 5 to 17, to help cover the costs of participating in sport. Check your eligibility and available rounds of funding via the FairPlay website.
